LRW Design specialises in design, drafting and the coordination of permits, consultants and administrative documents. Many consultant services sit outside our own scope — but they are appointed by us and coordinated through us, so you deal with one office, not ten.

Full working drawings and coordination of every consultant document a contractor needs to price and build.
Permits & Approvals
All necessary permits, consultants and authority approvals, managed on your behalf from start to finish.
Our philosophy is simple: provide thorough, comprehensive documentation to minimise delays and costs during construction. A job cannot be costed properly unless the contractor has all the information needed to price the works. Do it once and get it right.
